Job Description
Fabrication Utility
Shift: 1st, (7:45am-4:30pm)
Pay: $17-$19/hr. (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Fabrication Utility team member to support our production and fabrication operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, machinery, and contributing to a team-oriented setting.
Job Description:

• Prepare materials for welding and assist with setup of PTA equipment
• Drill, tap, cut, and deburr products to meet specifications
• Assemble components including retainer rings and cable assemblies
• Assist in the preparation and production of flagpoles
• Support KIT assembly and accessory painting, inspection, and assembly
• Polish poles using a lathe
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Support the flagpole operations department and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
